There are a million reasons to love Paloma, however we know it’s not for everyone. An alternative in a different city is Sereno in Madeira Beach.
While Sereno really does offer a little bit for everyone. It’s hard to overlook how nice the Madeira Beach location is. There is a little bit for everyone in Madeira Beach with the bonus that Sereno is wonderful as well.
If you love features like an exercise area, gated entry and clubhouse, you’ll love Sereno.
While you’ll love the community, the Madeira Beach condos is also amazing. The features of the city include things like incredible parks for the kids, the finest shopping, year round sun and beautiful beaches.

You’ll find your dream location and property here in Paloma. If not another community you might like is Venture. It’s located in Aventura instead of here in Paloma, but it’s worth a look.
While Venture really does offer a little bit for everyone. It’s hard to overlook how nice the Aventura location is. There is a little bit for everyone in Aventura with the bonus that Venture condos is wonderful as well.
Features like a clubhouse, gated entry and exercise area, keep all of the residents of Venture very satisfied.
And the city of Aventura is pretty amazing as well. Located in the heart of everything, such as great stores, magnificent beaches, pristine parks and beautiful weather, you’ll fall in love with everything about this city.

Our Palm Beach Gardens location can’t be beat and neither can Paloma. But, today I’d like to discuss an option in a different city, Mizners Preserve in Delray Beach.
